 Logan Winterton, 38, is charged with murder. | HA Logan Winterton has bailed out on $500k bond. Winterton had a private investigator track down witnesses who said that Winterton punched Gonzalez in the face — not the back of the head, as cops said. Juan Gonzalez, 41, was sucker punched by Winterton and fell face-first on the concrete. Gonzalez’s autopsy says he died of brain injuries consistent with “a kicking or stomping mechanism.” |  |

Five bikers were arrested in connection to the murder and a serious assault on an off-duty cop in Mountain View, California. On the night of June 18, 2022 cops were called to the Chris Stapleton concert due to a report of an unresponsive man near the stage.
Juan Gonzalez died from his injuries a week later. Cops learned over the next several days that the involved parties knew one another and were associated with the HAMC. Search warrants were served on the homes of each and at the Hells Angels clubhouse in San Francisco.
