Kirsten 'Dirty Condo' Marten affidavit, April 11, 2023 - update

Kirsten 'Dirty Condo' Marten has apparently found a live one for her $925k unit A24. For that money one supposes she would clean her stinking garbage for her 80 year-old purchaser.

    Ms Marten was the sellers agent of a unit we just bought for $925,000.  

    When we moved in we were unpleasantly surprised to find the unit hadn't been cleaned to any decent standard.  In a complaint to Ms Marten she responded that we didn't ask for the unit to be cleaned in our bidding contract! There's more ( she said I lacked compassion for the elderly seller; I'm 80 by the way) but let me leave it at that for now and just say beware of this agent and make sure when making a bid on a property to include the cleaning requirement.

  Curious in that Ms. Kirsten Marten is the owner/seller. She is NOT the 'seller's agent'.
Kirsten Marten discloses she is the owner of Coldwell Banker Oceanside in Victoria. She also discloses she bought a unit at Beach House at Saratoga. (A24) Marten discloses that senior Coldwell Banker management has decreed the firm will carry no further MLS listings for 9022 Clarkson Ave. She denies, repeatedly, her seller was the promoter. Co-owners Mark Rice and Kirsten Marten acquired Coldwell Banker Oceanside in 2019.
Kirsten Marten ran to the cops when I busted her, claiming e-mails that outed her were 'criminal harassment'.
