 | Chad Hubick, 48, is off to the big house for dealing fentanyl. Hubick was arrested in his high-end Vancouver hotel on July 2, 2020. He preyed on addicts in the DTES, selling fentanyl and meth. The VPD lassoed the K9 in 'Project Bankroll'. Cops landed $50k worth of fentanyl, $16k worth of meth, and $10k in cash. Hubick said that he lost his job because of COVID-19 and sold fentanyl to make ends meet. Riiiiight. |  |
