El Fantasma has been singled out for being the generator of violence in recent months in the southern region of Zacatecs. El Fantasma was released and it was the president of Mexico himself, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador who announced the news. He has often lamented the actions of judicial authorities of various states. |
