Killer Robert Leonard Thomas out and about soon
Robert Thomas and HA Norman Cocks had their 15 year sentences for murder reduced to 12 years. Cocks was granted full parole in March 2020. Thomas will reach his statutory release soon.
Brothers/punks Daniel and Matthew McRae and associate Anson Schell were also convicted of manslaughter in Phillips’ death. Damiano Dipopolo was Kelowna chapter president at the time.
