Mexican Miguel Hadad Facusseh, 37,
is accused of being a leading part of a transnational network moving tens of millions of Colombian cocaine to Mexico, where it was smuggled into the U.S.
One of the cocaine plots organized by Hadad ended in a fireball when the Colombian air force intercepted a plane in 2017, forced it to the ground and strafing it with machine gun fire. |
He was sent to California on Jan. 27. Trial for him and a score of others is in October. |
