Civil forfeiture rears head against HA West Point supporter - update

Cops seized more than 1,400 pounds of illicit cannabis and 330 grams of psilocybin.Cops in Delta busted a grow op capable of producing $18m of pot per year. Cops lassoed cocaine, meth, fentanyl, crack cocaine, ecstasy and oxycodone.
Three Harley Davidsons sporting "Support your local Hells Angels" stickers were seized along with $193k in cash and $70k in rings. Two ATVs and seven vehicles were part of the seizure. Cops say some of the cars had hidden compartments.

Guns included a Walther Waffenfabrik 9mm with loaded magazine; a Swiss Arms .22, a Heckler and Koch .40-calibre pistol; and an SKS-style assault rifle. A taser and body armour rounded out the seized items.
The B.C. Forfeiture Office claims that houses in Delta and Abbotsford, and commercial properties in Delta and Richmond, along with two vehicles, two Harley Davidson motorcycles, jewelry and cash exceeding $260k should be forfeited as proceeds of crime. One Harley had a “Support Your Local Hells Angels West Point” sticker. 5282 Williams Ave. in Delta, is owned by Norval McLennan. It’s valued at $1.5m.
Cimoszko was in the middle of a court battle over $12,270 cops seized in a 2017 traffic stop.The total is $4.8m and is said to be linked to drug trafficking and money laundering. Named in the suit are Gill Thomas Rajpaul Bergen, Norval Hume McLennan, Aleksandr Leonidovitch Shtraimish and Cole Chalmers Svensen.
In 2018 West Point HA Lukasz Cimoszko, 36, died of a drug overdose.
