 Aleksey Tsvetkov | Aleksey Tsvetkov, 41, was triggered during his sentencing as the judge handed him a 16 year sentence for his 2018 racketeering conviction. Tsevtkov shouted 'I can’t take these lies anymore!' and accused the prosecutor of misleading jurors. Shortly after his conviction, Tsvetkov, who was born in Ukraine, wrote a letter to the judge claiming his jurors were anti-Russian. He also said his case was politically motivated. Tsvetkov was convicted with co-defendant Leonid 'Lenny' Gershman. |  |
