Not only was the handcuffed Showbeg a veteran of previous weapons convictions, he is subject to a lifetime firearms ban. Showbeg now faces nine criminal charges including eight firearm-related charges. Failing to find a weapon on a suspect known to carry weapons and who is sitting in the back of a police car can be a deadly mistake. |
