He was fined $ 486 under section 31.1 of the Highway Safety Code. His bike was towed on the spot. The influential biker was stopped by a patrol officer of the Sûreté du Québec along Highway 440. The 64-year-old biker is currently embroiled in litigation with Revenu Québec, who is claiming $ 393,000 in taxes on his illicit income that he failed to declare between 1989 and 1996. |
