In January 2015, Sucapane was sentenced to 10 years in penitentiary for gangsterism, drug trafficking and cannabis production. He had been arrested the previous year as part of RCMP bust 'Clemenza'. Sucapane was the right hand man of Giuseppe De Vito. De Vito was poisoned by cyanide which was poured into his smoothie at Donnacona Penitentiary in 2013. |  |
