| A video has surfaced of Hong Kong cops dealing with 'criminal gangs.' Police in Hong Kong arrested 19 in overnight clashes at the end of a peaceful, million-strong demonstration against plans to allow extradition to mainland China. Lee Kwai-wah of the city's Organized Crime and Triad Bureau said there was involvement from criminal gangs in the clash. |
