Carfentanil deaths on the rise in Ontario

A letter from the Ministry of Health cited 142 carfentanil-related deaths through April 29, 2019 in Ontario, compared to 95 for all of 2018. That represented a 50 per cent increase for the first four months of the year. Carfentanil is a highly toxic synthetic opioid that was never intended for human consumption.

The drug has no smell, taste and a lethal amount is tiny. It comes in many forms on the street: powder, pill, liquid and blotter.

Hells Angels boss Dale Sweeney denied prison unit move

Former Manitoba Hells Angels president Dale Sweeney has lost his bid to be returned to Stony Mountain Institution’s minimum-security unit. Sweeney, 49, argued his August 2018 removal from the prison’s minimum-security unit and transfer to its medium-security unit unjustly deprived him of his liberty.

In 2013, Sweeney pleaded guilty to leading a large and sophisticated cocaine trafficking ring and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
According to CSC, a decision was made to re-evaluate Sweeney’s security classification following "threatening and violent behaviour" in July 2018. Evidence "believed reliable" showed that Sweeney headed an operation trafficking in drugs, including steroids, and ordered the assault of another inmate.

A search of Sweeney’s unit, which he shared with several other inmates, uncovered rolling papers, syringes, a cellphone, debt sheets, pills and steroids. Sweeney alleged a security evaluation "arbitrarily" added four points to his institutional score, automatically placing him in the medium-security classification.

Surge in cocaine mixed with fentanyl - Crisis

Cops say drug traffickers are looking for ways to make cocaine more attractive, which they need to do because a surplus of coca base in Columbia has resulted in an overabundance of cocaine in the marketplace. Busts are getting bigger. The cocaine seizure in New York in March, the biggest there in 25 years, was dwarfed last week by the seizure of more than $1b worth of cocaine on a cargo ship passing through Philadelphia.

A DEA report from Florida said that "deadly" contaminated cocaine was "widespread" in the state. Fentanyl in cocaine is pushing U.S. overdose rates to record levels.
Fentanyl has topped the list of deadliest drugs in the US for the third year in a row, causing the rate of drug overdose deaths to more than quadruple since 1999.

The biggest risk comes to recreational cocaine users. Their risk is extremely high because they are 'opioid naive' -- they have no tolerance.

Phoenix Councilman DiCiccio defends police, insults community

Last Wednesday, DiCiccio whined that the police aren’t happy and said it’s not nice to call them racists before he dropped this gem: “You are anarchists and you are out to destroy the city.”

Phoenix City Councilman Sal DiCiccio must be stupid. Members of the public began shouting back in anger.

Amid community demands for the firing of the officers accused of misconduct and assault, Phoenix Councilman Sal DiCiccio said, "There was no excessive use of force. The stop was lawful."

Hells Angels trial in U.K. - 'Bloody Carnage'

The trial of seven HA prospects accused of attacking a rival mc in Blindley Heath continues. The attack at the Forman Institute, where members of the Vikings and Wargs mc were meeting, left six men stabbed and badly beaten in November 2018.
At the start of the trial, prosecutors said the attack was part of a "turf war" and had turned the Wargs clubhouse into a scene of "bloody carnage".

The seven defendants - Przemyslaw Korkus, Kimi Kidd, Bartosz Plesniak, Ladislav Szalay, Tamas Tomacsek, Piotr Zamijewski and David Jacobs - are said to be prospects of either the Hells Angels' Slough chapter or an affiliated club, the Red Devils. Evidence includes bloody gloves with DNA and a photo posted on the internet by one of the prospects. They all deny involvement.
Multiple witnesses saw a group of “10 to 15” people walking along the A22 away from the Forman Club just before 7.30pm.

They looked like “biker types” and one was carrying some sort of stick in his left hand.

Big turn out for André 'Curly' Sauvageau funeral

Hells Angels from across Canada showed up in force at an Urgel Bourgie funeral home to mourn the loss of Sauvageau.
The press described the crowd .. "All were men and white, and most were middle-aged with long beards."

The sight of so many Hells Angels paying tribute to Sauvageau would have been inconceivable during the 1990s while he was a founding member of the Rock Machine. Sauvageau somehow survived despite being a high-priority target for the Hells during Quebec’s biker war. Sauvageau died in prison of natural causes.

U.S. authorities have seized 33,000 pounds, or 15,000 kg, of cocaine from a ship at Philadelphia's port. It is being described as one of the largest drug busts in American history. The bust is the second largest in US history. A 1989 bust in downtown LA netted almost 43,000 pounds (19,504 kg) of the drug.

Meet 'Justice' Kenneth Martin

Kenneth MartinLets put them together for Oz 'Justice' Kenneth Martin. He appears to me to be a paid off shill of securities criminals. What would make me say such a thing? This dope is behind the 2nd largest defamation award in Australia history, and the punchline is the plaintiffs have been exposed in a massive bullion scam ... the precise thing the defendant exposed and was sued over.

The bullion scam was rigged by plaintiff Anton 'no balls' Billis, a (sort of) man with an entire lifetime of securities fraud.

Anton 'no balls' Billis
The companies involved in the fraud were Tribune Resources and Rand Mining. Most recently the Oz regulator exposed the entire decades long scheme and is in the process of unwinding it.

This 'Justice' is apparently a drooling, oblivious idiot as he has now shuttered the unrepresented defendant completely. He did this as the proven crooked scumbags are pressing for the defendant's incarceration. What manner of grossly flawed justice is being meting out by this 'man'?
Associate.Justice.Kenneth.Martin@justice.wa.gov.au
Shame 'Justice' Kenneth Martin. You are a sickening disgrace to Australia and the concept of natural justice worldwide. I have no evidence this fukkin dope has been bribed. Sadly that's about the only excuse he has.

Insulin - the latest smuggling drug of choice for Americans

Insulin isn't like other drugs. It's a natural hormone that controls blood sugar levels - too high causes vision loss, confusion, nausea, and organ failure; too low leads to heart irregularities, mood swings, seizures, and loss of consciousness. Our bodies produce insulin naturally. But for Type 1 diabetics, insulin comes in clear glass vials - if they can afford it.

In 1923, the discoverers of insulin sold its patent for $1, hoping the low price would keep insulin available to everyone. Now, retail prices in the US are around the $300 range from the three major brands that control the market. Stories of Americans rationing insulin - and dying for lack of ability to pay for it - have been making headlines.
Lija Greenseid isn't your usual drug smuggler. She's a law-abiding Minnesota mom with a diabetic child. She steered her Mazda5 on a cross-border drug run with scores of others. She was part of a caravan of desperate people who can buy insulin without a prescription for 1/10 the price in Canada.

More than 30 million Americans have diabetes. About 7.5 million, including 1.5 million with Type 1 diabetes, rely on insulin.

Police Gangsters - Christopher Meyer 06254 - Phoenix Police

Videos have surfaced of Phoenix police pulling guns on a young black family in a parking lot over the alleged shoplifting of a doll from a dollar store by their child. Dravon Ames, 22, his pregnant fiancée Iesha Harper, 24, and their daughters, Island, 4 and 1-year-old London, were held at gunpoint by screaming, fat, white Phoenix cops.

Issuing orders rife with threats and foul language, cops surrounded the family in their car and threatened to kill them. Cops were not wearing their body cameras and did not file any incident reports until the videos emerged. The reports they filed are false.
A cop is seen trying to snatch Harper’s baby out of her arms. He screams at her to put her hands up while she’s holding her baby. Then he screams at her to put her baby down on the pavement. In the video, she emotionally tells the officer that the baby could not walk and the ground was too hot to set her down. In his report, Meyer writes she "refused to put the child down." And said, "she became loud, verbally abusive, and refused our commands."

The incident was summed up with the cop screaming “I’m gonna put a cap right in your fucking head!” Phoenix police refuse to name the officers, but the name of this scumbag is Christopher Meyer.
Police write what has been the story: the couple’s child took a dollar store Barbie-like doll and the family was pursued by multiple cops. The cop's narrative reads that the couple were combative and non-complaint, despite multiple videos all showing the opposite.

A clergyman sums it up ... "They held toddlers and a pregnant woman at gunpoint, grabbed a mother and infant by the neck, dislocated a 1-year-old’s arm, endangered a delicate pregnancy, terrorized and tortured a young father, and nobody was charged or jailed. These officers must be held accountable. We want justice.”
Christopher MeyerHere are the names and badge numbers of the cops at the scene. The second cop in the video pointing his gun and screaming is Nicholas Welch.

Dean Frank James WalfordThe registrar at the Financial Institutions Commission (FICOM), announced that his agency has issued a notice of hearing to Dean Frank James Walford for setting up mortgages in an unregistered capacity with assistance from registered submortgage brokers Grant Brian Curtis and Tanya Ann Smith.

Shooting at Hells Angels Clubhouse in Providence - 3 arrested

Joseph M. Lancia, 28, identified as president of the Rhode Island Hells Angels chapter, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

Cops say Lancia fired a shot at a driver passing by the club on Messer Street in Providence. Heavily armed cops swarmed the chapter’s clubhouse, shutting down the street for hours.
Prosecutors said video showed Lancia taking an object out of his waistband and stepping toward the passing car at the same time that a man reported a shot being fired at him.

The incident occurred with other people around, in a densely populated area. Shortly after a high bail was set, a man in Hells Angels colours walked into the room where bail is posted with a thick stack of cash. Cops seized three weapons and ammunition after they searched the clubhouse.
