 | Police have issued an arrest warrant for 32-year-old Chase Kincaid, who is believed to be responsible for the theft of $58k worth of liquor from LCBO stores. They say that he selects various types of liquor bottles and them places them in a bag that he carries with him. He then walks out. |  Cops say Kincaid has been attending to his career as a professional thief at various LCBO locations throughout Toronto since June 5, 2018. |
