 | Kamloops gangster Erwin Dagle, a high-ranking member of the Red Scorpions gang controlled most of the city’s fentanyl supply in 2017. He has been sentenced to a decade in a federal prison after pleading guilty to seven counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
