The Habib Brothers and the Kingpin Crew - 'In your corner'

Surrey slumlord Amit Chopra reached out to Kelowna mayoral candidate David Habib to help remove tenants from a drug house in 2022. Habib's solution was simple, board the property up with the druggies inside. “I’ve always been as I like to say, ‘in your corner,’” said Habib.
In Sept 2013 a truck exploded in the driveway of a home in Kelowna as the result of a bomb. The truck didn't just catch fire, it exploded in the middle of the residential neighbourhood in the middle of the night.
The resulting fireball destroyed the vehicle and was labelled 'suspicious' by fire crews and the RCMP. Cops dealt with 3 bomb cases that year, including when one blew up a truck owned by David Habib.
David Joseph Habib. His brother, Dale, was president of the Kingpin Crew, a disbanded puppet club of the Hells Angels. It folded in 2013 on orders of the HAMC.

Kevin Van Kalkeren bought 16 years for trafficking.
The Kingpin Crew sold drugs from Habib's 'Liquid Zoo' nightclub for many, many years, including mountains of cocaine from major operator Kevin Van Kalkeren. At some point Dale Habib and the Kingpin crew lost the support of the Hells Angels. David Habib tried to sell the club and building to a numbered company. A Liquor Control Branch investigation found that one of the new owners was Hells Angel President Damiano Dipopolo. The Branch refused to transfer the liquor license and the sale was unwound.

The nightclub's license was returned in late 2011 and Habib reopened on January 9, 2012 with a special anti-gang condition. 3 days later, cops did a walk through of the club and saw a known gangster/drug dealer wearing a cap with the gang’s insignia on it.

Damiano Dipopolo, thief and ex-HAMC Kelowna president.
Habib said that while he had heard of the Kingpin Crew and knew they were a motorcycle group, he didn't think they were a criminal gang.

Dale Habib
Donny Lyons was a member of the Kingpin Crew and was very close to VP Lester Jones. Both Damiano Dipopolo and Jones were kicked out in bad from the HAMC for stealing club funds. They stole from the collection trying to save 3 HA clubhouses in B.C. from forfeiture. Upwards of $3m was raised and a good slice of that was stolen by the 2 garbage low bikers. The Kelowna clubhouse was purchased by the city and was leveled.

Suzan El-Khatib - HA Damiano Dipopolo's lawyer

Suzan El-Khatib
Suzan El-Khatib holds the distinction of being the only lawyer on earth to advance the defamation claim of a HAMC boss. It was Suzan El-Khatib who swore 1%er Damiano Dipopolos' affidavit for use in defamation litigation. Where is she now? At last report she was employed by well hated Vancouver Canucks owner Francesco Aquilini. She was called upon after Aquilini stiffed his ex-wife on child support. Those 4 now grown children ALL say he physically and psychologically abused them.
My character!!!!Out bad HAMC thief Damiano Dipopolo: "Mr. Watson's allegations are incredibly defamatory to me and hurt my character." This manner of crying is reserved for old women, which figures because the lawyer behind the disgraced biker's lies is an old woman. The street name reserved for this manner of conduct is 'PUSSY.'
"I am worried because of the threats."

Damiano Dipopolo and Sat Parhar bumboys

"I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman." - These immortal words are from July 2005, when former and now out bad Kelowna HAMC boss Damiano Dipopolo cried his heart out to the press that publicity had obstructed his purchase of the Champagne Charlie's building.
Cops released a list of gangster properties in Kelowna and Dipopolo appeared 7 times. Here. "I lost the mortgage I was going to have with the bank because they singled me out," Dipopolo said. "The bank said they thought I was a bad risk. I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman." Dipopolo's $300k all bad mortgage went to Sun News Lal, who was acquitted in a 1994 gangland murder trial along with Bindy Johal.
CPS Deputy Chief Sat Parhar was cleared of wrongdoing by piggies in 2013. The complaint came against the head of the organized crime unit in Calgary accusing him of suppressing evidence. Here.
Mr. Sat Parhar is involved with Damiano Dipopolo. He was Deputy Chief with the Calgary pigs who retired after 28 years in 2019. That's one highly rank oinker being paid to attend to Damiano DiPopolo's post-biker PR needs.

Parhar is invovled in s01ve Cyber Solutions.
Taylor Argue is good at one thing, waving a red flag. After easy due dilligence we learn his Victoria office is a mailbox drop and his Whitehorse office is a condo. Taylor Argue is a conman full of shit, and a poor one at that.

Taylor Argue holds a fire PI license, and most recently has been peddling his blockchain genius. This rubbish came as a result of his claim of running a 'risk management' company in Calgary. I told Taylor Argue that only an idiot would stand beside the out in bad Damiano Dipopolo, let alone be a paid off lying whoredog PoS for him. That is some real risk if a fraction of many rumours are true.
Tyler Argue was hired by Paladin briefly in 2021. His stab at blockchain was 2022. His education is community college.
I sincerely hope this message finds you well. My name is Tyler Argue, and I am President & CEO of a risk management consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. I am contacting you regarding a matter concerning Mr. Damiano DiPopolo.

Mr. DiPopolo, formerly associated with a motorcycle club, has embarked on a significant life transition. He has made a conscious decision to disassociate from his past affiliations and is earnestly working towards integrating into society as a constructive and responsible family man. This transformation, as you can imagine, necessitates the severance of ties with certain aspects of his previous life, particularly those within the motorcycle club community.

In our role as a risk management consultant, part of our responsibility is to assist Mr. DiPopolo in mitigating any potential threats or challenges that may arise from his former associations. A key aspect of this process involves addressing public perceptions shaped by past media coverage, and monitoring active threats against him or his family.  It has come to our attention that several articles, some of which may have been published by yourself, or other journalists, are impacting his efforts to reintegrate.

Given the sensitivity and importance of this matter, I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of re-evaluating this content. I understand the complexities involved in requests of this nature and am open to engage in a professional dialogue about how we might address these articles in a manner that respects journalistic integrity while supporting Mr. DiPopolo's efforts to reform and contribute positively to society.

Would you be open to a conversation regarding this matter? Your cooperation and understanding iwould be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for considering. I look forward to the possibility of a constructive dialogue.

Sincerely,

Tyler
