Acapulco best avoided

The state of Guerrero is deploying 60 armed men to patrol the beaches “in light of the violent events that have occurred recently.” Three people were shot dead on beaches in Acapulco last week. Acapulco has seen turf battles between gangs since at least 2006. The gangs are fighting over drug sales and income from protection payments from businesses, bars, bus and taxi drivers.
The violence continues despite thousands of soldiers deployed in the city after Category 5 Hurricane Otis in late October. The storm killed 52 and left 32 missing. It also caused severe damage to virtually all of Acapulco's hotels. The pie has declined in size, leaving less for gangsters to fight over. Acapulco is a good place for foreigners to avoid.

Trump has immunity claim quashed

A U.S. federal appeals panel ruled that Donald Trump can face trial on charges that he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election, rejecting the former president's claims that he is immune from prosecution. The decision marks the second time judges have spurned Trump's immunity claims.
"We cannot accept former President Trump's claim that a president has unbounded authority to commit crimes that would neutralize the most fundamental check on executive power - the recognition and implementation of election results."
“We cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter” As for the senile Trump we have “A Nation-destroying ruling like this cannot be allowed to stand. If not overturned, as it should be, this decision would terribly injure not only the Presidency, but the Life, Breath, and Success of our Country.” Riiiight.

Damiano Dipopolo and Sat Parhar bumboys - update IV

"I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman." - These immortal words are from July 2005, when Damiano Dipopolo cried to the Kelowna Daily Courier that publicity had delayed his purchase of the Champagne Charlie's building. Cops released a list of gangster properties in Kelowna and Dipopolo appeared 7 times. Here. "I lost the mortgage I was going to have with the bank because they singled me out," Dipopolo said. "The bank said they thought I was a bad risk. I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman."
Astute businessman Damiano Dipopolo's $300k bad mortgage went to Sun News Lal, who was acquitted in a 1994 gangland murder trial along with Bindy Johal.
CPS Deputy Chief Sat Parhar was cleared of wrongdoing by piggies in 2013. The complaint came against the head of the organized crime unit in Calgary accusing him of suppressing evidence. Here.
By pure chance probably we have Mr. Sat Parhar involved. He was Deputy Chief with the Calgary pigs who retired after 28 years in 2019. That's one highly rank oinker collecting government money whilst catering to Damiano DiPopolo's post-biker PR needs.

Parhar is also invovled in s01ve Cyber Solutions. Pffft.
Tard Taylor Argue is good at one thing, waving a red flag. After easy due dilligence we learn his Victoria office is a mailbox drop and his Whitehorse office is a condo. Taylor Argue is a conman, and a poor one.

His office in Calgary in reality belongs to https://retraincanada.com/. They draw government funding.

Taylor Argue holds a fire PI license, and most recently has been peddling his blockchain genius. This rubbish came as a result of his claim of running a 'risk management' company in Calgary. I told Taylor Argue that only an idiot would stand beside the out in bad Damiano Dipopolo, let alone be a paid off lying whoredog PoS for him. That is some real risk if a fraction of many rumours are true.
Tyler Argue was hired by Paladin briefly in 2021. His stab at blockchain was 2022. His education is community college.
I sincerely hope this message finds you well. My name is Tyler Argue, and I am President & CEO of a risk management consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. I am contacting you regarding a matter concerning Mr. Damiano DiPopolo.

Mr. DiPopolo, formerly associated with a motorcycle club, has embarked on a significant life transition. He has made a conscious decision to disassociate from his past affiliations and is earnestly working towards integrating into society as a constructive and responsible family man. This transformation, as you can imagine, necessitates the severance of ties with certain aspects of his previous life, particularly those within the motorcycle club community.

In our role as a risk management consultant, part of our responsibility is to assist Mr. DiPopolo in mitigating any potential threats or challenges that may arise from his former associations. A key aspect of this process involves addressing public perceptions shaped by past media coverage, and monitoring active threats against him or his family.  It has come to our attention that several articles, some of which may have been published by yourself, or other journalists, are impacting his efforts to reintegrate.

Given the sensitivity and importance of this matter, I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of re-evaluating this content. I understand the complexities involved in requests of this nature and am open to engage in a professional dialogue about how we might address these articles in a manner that respects journalistic integrity while supporting Mr. DiPopolo's efforts to reform and contribute positively to society.

Would you be open to a conversation regarding this matter? Your cooperation and understanding iwould be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for considering. I look forward to the possibility of a constructive dialogue.

Sincerely,

Tyler

Ex-wife chases ex-Hells Angels rat Steven Gault for child support

Rat Steven Gault owes $487k in child support, his ex-wife says. Her problem is that he’s in witness protection and he's not coming out to save his life. Steven 'Hannibal' Gault was, until now, among the most notorious rats in the history of the HAMC in Canada. Gault testified in 2008 that he had received more than $1m for his undercover work with cops that landed 21 bikers behind bars. Steven Gault was still a teenager in North Bay when he started sharing information with the cops. Among those he helped put behind bars was his brother-in-law. Gault became an outlaw biker with the Satan’s Choice MC and later prospected into the HAMC by 2000. He attained his patches in 2002 and was always a rat.
Gault told his cop handlers he had been approached by Mark Stephenson, president of the Oshawa HA and Remond Akleh, a former Oshawa HA who transferred to the Nomads with a plot to kill Frank Lenti. Gault spent 14 days on the witness stand. Both men were acquitted and Steven Gault disappeared into witness protection.
Mark Stephenson was freed after spending 2 1/2 years in pretrial custody.

Mafia take hit in Myanmar - update II

Bai Suocheng, Wei Chaoren and Liu Zhengxiang led three of four families which ruled Laukkaing on Myanmar's north-eastern border with China with an iron fist. The four families took over control of Laukkaing in 2009. Liu Guoxi, who led the fourth family, died in 2020. They were taken to China on a chartered flight with 7 other gangsters. It is another sign of the pending downfall of Myanmar's military regime.
An alliance of three regional ethnic minority groups has taken over key towns close to the Chinese border since fighting broke out in late October. The rebels said their goal is to end the “oppressive military dictatorship” in Myanmar. In Laukkaing, they have freed workers from scam call centers and seized members of ruling families who are sometimes handed over to Chinese authorities. The mafia families have enjoyed near complete autonomy in the region in return for their support of Myanmar’s military junta. But now they find themselves on the wrong side. Rebels raided the notorious Crouching Tiger Villa.
3 years after a military coup ousted Myanmar’s democratic government, it’s ethnic rebels who are the biggest threat to the ruling junta. They’ve notched battlefield victories that experts say have pushed the junta into its limit. The country’s oldest and most powerful ethnic armed group is Karen National Union, or KNU. They have growing numbers of troops, guns and grenades. They control territory, collect taxes, and run schools and hospitals. “We are doing this revolution to get peace,” said P’doh Saw Thaw Thi Bwe. “But not just for our territory. For everyone.”
Photos by Chinese cops showed them with a couple in front of a border gate. They are Ming Guoping and Ming Zhenzhen, son and granddaughter of one of the warlords in the area, who has run the town of Laukkaing for 14 years. Myanmar military published a photo of an autopsy being conducted in the back of a van on the body of a man. It was the warlord himself - Ming Xuechang who 'killed himself' after being arrested.
Ming Xuechang was a key henchman of Bai Suocheng, who heads one of the '4 families'. The other three families are headed by Wei Chaoren, Liu Guoxi and Liu Zhengxiang. All are local Kokang people. Developed to take advantage of Chinese demand for gambling, which is illegal in China, casinos evolved into lucrative fronts for money laundering, trafficking and in particular as a home for dozens of scam centres that fleeced Chinese and others daily. Ming Xuechang ran one of the most notorious of these scam centers, called Crouching Tiger Villa. Reports are vague but there was a 'bloodbath' there. Ming Xuechang also ran local police. Under their rule, the remote impoverished backwater of Laukkaing was transformed into a gaudy tourist casino hub of high-rise towers, bars, and red-light districts.

Olanrewaju Ojelade going away long time - judge

Olanrewaju Ojelade, 29, arrived at the Sarnia courthouse last week knowing he could be heading to prison for a decade. CBS at the Blue Water Bridge near Sarnia found 48, one-kilogram packages of cocaine in a hidden trap in his 2013 Chevrolet Traverse. The cocaine, between 85% to 91% pure, was worth between $2.3m and $5.3m. The judge opted not to sentence Ojelade after both lawyers finished arguments and adjourned the case for two months. “You’re clearly going away for a long time,” he said. Prosecutors want 12 years.

Montreal mafioso Roberto Scoppa nailed - update

One of the brothers of the notorious Scoppa mafia clan has been busted for major drugs. Roberto Scoppa, 55, is the brother of the deceased Salvatore and Andrea Scoppa. Scoppa is described as a wholesaler. He has been caged and is expected to be extradited to America.
Before their assassinations in 2019, cops placed Roberto Scoppa alongside his brothers in the organizational chart of the Montreal mafia. In January 2019, Roberto Scoppa traveled with Hells Angels boss Martin Robert to Colombia. Roberto Scoppa pleaded guilty to 12 criminal offenses in the 1990s and 2000s, in six different cases. The latest bust shows Roberto Scoppa was always a major player with his brothers.

Venezuela blasts narco jet registered in Belize

A twin-engine Gulfstream 200 or G-2 aircraft with registration V3-GRS, was detected by Venezuelan radar entering the country’s airspace without authorization, and it was ultimately shot down in Zulia, Venezuela, by the country’s military. This is the same aircraft that was intercepted in Belize with 70 bales of  cocaine onboard in 2020. The plane had been confiscated and sold by the Government of Belize to an unknown buyer in Cozumel, Mexico. It likely won't be sold to drug traffickers this time.

Damiano Dipopolo kicked out of HAMC in bad - 'person of interest' - update

The hunt is on for the surveilence video vis-a-vis the arsonist who torched Digstown Clothing in Kelowna. Here and Here.
Digstown Clothing, owned by Damiano Dipopolo, went up in flames at 2:00am in Feb 2007. RCMP released video of a man caught on camera at the back of the business minutes before the blaze. That video is MIA but showed, in this opinion, a limping Damiano Dipopolo. He collected $54k in insurance proceeds.
A person of interest in the arson came forward March 21, 2007, after the video aired. No charges were laid. "It is totally suspicious because of the intensity of the fire and the time frame. We know it was an accelerated fire," said Kelowna Fire Chief Rene Blanleil.
Damiano Dipopolo is out in bad standing. The reason isn't known, but its said to involve betrayal. Founding member's Dipopolo fall from grace was obvious after losing the Kelowna chapter presidency to Richard Goldammer in 2022.
We have received unconfirmed but usually reliable information that Damiano Dipopolo has been kicked out of the HAMC.  He's said to be out in bad standing.
Dipopolo regularly brought bad press to the club. The number of criminals busted under his never convicted watch can't be counted. He brags of being arrested 8 times, convicted never. Its said the club blew over $3.1m in legal fees trying and failing to save it's 3 clubhouses in B.C. from forfeiture.

Twins Rocco and Damiano Dipopolo.
Damiano Dipopolo used free DeCotiis family cash approaching $1m to expand the HAMC into Kelowna. He accumulated great wealth while being the top crime boss in the city for 15 years. When criminal operations came crashing down, over and over, there was always one man walking away intact. The career criminal abused the BCSC with 1% lies to silence bloggers. The out bad biker now has top ex gangster pigs making his threats for him.

Dipopolo is the lowest of the low.
