 | Hardeep Singh Nijjar, 45, one of India's most-wanted terrorists, was shot dead outside a gurdwara in Surrey. The Canada-based boss of the banned Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) was killed by two shooters outside the Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara. He died at the scene. The Gurdwara was presided over by Nijjar for four years, giving rise to speculation that funds from Canada sponsored terror attacks in Punjab. Nijjar had a long history of Khalistan militancy after arriving in Canada. |  Nijjar was designated a terrorist by India in 2020. |
 Arshdeep Singh Gill | Nijjar migrated to Canada in the mid-1990s and remained a constant public face of the Khalistan Tiger Force. He was shot in his car at close range in the parking lot. Nijjar formed an alliance with Surrey Punjabi Arshdeep Singh Gill alias Arsh Dala. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun said CSIS warned his client of a murder plot. |  |
