Cops say the machines aren't street legal and carry no insurance. The group was established in 2022 and embarks on regular rides. The mini bikers ride in packs, taking over streets and sidewalks across Los Angeles while playing cat and mouse with cops. The gang posted on Instagram after a recent street brawl.
