Ivano De Cotiis court win over Rossano De Cotiis and Giulio De Cotiis

Ivano De Cotiis, son of the founder of the Onni Group, is contesting an estate plan set by his brothers he says left him with “virtually nothing.” Innocenzo De Cotiis died in 2020 at the age of 82. He was the father of seven boys.

Rossano De Cotiis
Innocenzo made 6 wills between 1997 and 2009, then a 7th and final will in 2016. In 2019 a trust was created, which upon Innocenzo’s death placed $34.8 million under the control of the four youngest De Cotiis — Guilio, Rossano, Morris and Paolo — who decided about payments to the three eldest, Donato, Vittorio and Ivano. Innocenzo transferred millions into another trust 9 months before he died. That trust excluded the older brothers.
Giulio De Cotiis
The court ordered Rossano De Cotiis and Giulio De Cotiis to produce all requested documents within 45 days and ordered them to pay Ivano’s costs for making the application.
