Agent Corey Zaal removed the video uploaded by Kirsten Marten that formerly headlined his listing. He did this after I told him it revealed that his seller of A24 at 9022 Clarkson is Kirsten Marten. The clever Mr. Zaal has now downloaded the video on his own for potential buyers/suckers.

She has a right of rescission, but she knows that little to no deposit cash would be left for refund if insurance proceeds are denied due to fraudulent misrepresentation obtaining the policy by the plaintiff. Listing is instantly suspect for claiming 'sold out' and 'before the deal completes' and 'from a private owner'. It contains ALL the propaganda previously dished up by Coldwell Banker Oceanside. Mr. Zaal improperly added the deck to juice 'living area' precisely like Kirsten Marten of Coldwell Banker Oceanside did.
