| Montreal police have identified an 87-year-old man who they say was behind the wheel. Cops say extremely poor driving, not malice, is behind the incident. Video was recorded the afternoon of Nov. 16. Emergency personal received a 911 call around 2:40 p.m. When cops arrived the mother and child had already been sent to hospital as a precaution. The infant was uninjured. |
