| In another sign of Vladimir Putin's degrading health, he made a brief, stiff appearance last week laying flowers to mark a national holiday. His gait is not correct. Footage captured Putin as he awkwardly climbed out of his limousine on Red Square. His appearance came after reports from an intelligence source close to the Kremlin confirmed that he is suffering from Parkinson's and has pancreatic cancer. This would explain his puffy face. Putin, 70, is being watched closely. If he is dying his actions in Ukraine become that of a madman unconcerned with consequences.  |
