 HMS Medway, the Royal Navy's Caribbean-based patrol ship, spotted the boat near the Dominican Republic, and intercepted it alongside the US Coast Guard. | A drug smuggler's boat carrying cocaine with a street value of around £24m was blasted following a chase with a Royal Navy warship in the Caribbean. 400kg of cocaine was seized from the vessel before it was sent to the bottom.
