 | Raynald Desjardins will soon be a free man again after qualifying for a second statutory release. The Parole Board of Canada revoked Desjardins’s release last year after he violated conditions, specifically that he keep away from known criminals. Desjardins was a leader in the plot to kill Montreal Mafia leader Salvatore Montagna on Nov. 24, 2011. Desjardins behaved well since being returned behind bars.
