Kelowna man who ran over homeless develops total amnesia

"I have zero memory of anything before midnight," Tyler Grant Manchur, 30, told Castanet. Manchur is charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm and one count of driving while prohibited. A homeless man was dragged 100 feet while inside his tent. He sustained serious injuries.
