 | Modesto HA Michael Shafer, 34, has been sentenced to five years in prison for drug trafficking including intent to distribute heroin. Shafer was the vice president of the HAMC in Modesto in 2019. As part of a long investigation into the Hells Angels, cops obtained a wiretap for Shafer’s phone.
Calls and messages showed that Shafer was conspiring in drug trafficking. Shafer faced up to 40 years in prison and a $5m fine. |  |
