Mexican Gangster Rapper ‘El Millonario’ busted

Suárez is a pioneer of Rap Malandro, the Mexican version of gangster rap.

Cops say César Suárez, aka Millonario, was involved in the death of a 29-year-old man on the outskirts of the northern Mexican city of Monterrey.
