| The province is seeking to seize $20k in cash and cheques from the possessions of Alexander Dinu Tanasescu, who OD'd while waiting trial on charges from a standoff with RCMP. He expired July 23, 2020. Tanasescu's record included manslaughter in the death of Blair Thomas Cody, 36, in 2010 at Fraser Regional Correctional Centre. That murder was caught on surveillance video. |  |
