Oscar 'Prince of Submarines' Quintero captured by Colombia


Cops seized seven tons of cocaine worth $300m.		 Colombian authorities have arrested Oscar Quintero, 33. He used submersibles and speedboats to send shipments of cocaine from the Pacific coast departments of Nariño and Cauca to members of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel.
