 | Police said Demetrus “Take Down” Robinson, 21, is a major player in a city gang and an instigator in violence that has left two people dead and several wounded in recent weeks. Robinson was charged with attempted first-degree assault, third-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, illegally firing a firearm, possession of a pistol without a permit, criminal mischief and breach of peace. Robinson is held in lieu of $775,000 bond. Gang conflict is between members of the Greens Boys and other groups from the city’s housing projects. |  The Greens Boys are centered in the Greene Homes housing project. |
