The former underboss to John Gotti is attempting to overturn his 1990 conviction for the murder of mobster Louis DiBono. He's looking for help from Mafia turncoat Salvatore 'Sammy the Bull' Gravano. Included in Locascio’s papers is a signed statement from Gravano, in which the rat says that he forgot to tell prosecutors that Locascio wasn't involved with DiBono’s murder. Gotti wanted DiBono dead because he repeatedly failed to show up to meetings with Gotti, according to Gravano. |  |
