Case in point are the Chicago cops that made themselves at home in Congressman Bobby Rush’s burglarized campaign office in a South Side strip mall that was being looted. 13 Chicago police officers — including three supervisors — slept on a couch, munched popcorn, drank coffee and chit chatted about their taxpayer funded awesomeness while looters ransacked the strip mall. “You know who you are.
