It's a sad time to be a good cop. No matter what a good cop does, a bad cop shows up. Case in point are the Chicago cops that made themselves at home in Congressman Bobby Rush’s burglarized campaign office in a South Side strip mall that was being looted. 13 Chicago police officers — including three supervisors — slept on a couch, munched popcorn, drank coffee and chit chatted about their taxpayer funded awesomeness while looters ransacked the strip mall. “You know who you are. You know what you did. Don’t make us come find you,” the mayor said, during a news conference.
