Vagos bikers walk for HA killing

Eight Vagos bikers were acquitted of all charges alleging they were part of a broad criminal racketeering enterprise that committed violent crimes for more than a decade, including the killing of a rival Hells Angels leader in a casino shootout in 2011. The five month trial had some witnesses recant their stories on the witness stand, including star witness, former Vagos member Gary “Jabbers” Rudnick.

Rudnick testified and then admitted fabricating his account that it was a conspiracy to kill Jeffrey Pettigrew, president of the San Jose Hells Angels.
