Thunder Bay HA clubhouse up in smoke - Arson - UPDATE

Cops have released video of the suspected arsonist.

The investigation has now been turned over to Thunder Bay Police.

Fire investigators have found signs of foul play in the aftermath of the blaze last week that destroyed the HA clubhouse in Thunder Bay.

The basically inactive Thunder Bay clubhouse is no more after an early morning fire.
