The man shot and killed outside an upscale Etobicoke restaurant Monday was a veteran mobster and enforcer who provided security for some of Toronto’s powerful Mafia figures. Antonio Fiorda, 50, was a trusted insider in the Commisso crime clan. “He was a tough guy. An enforcer. He was a made guy.” Known on the street as 'Tony Scratch' due to his gravely voice, he was feared. “He was feared but respected. Some guys are just feared. Scratch was both feared and respected. Tony was a good guy.” |
