Anchorage HA pulls 18 years for trafficking Meth

Anchorage Hells Angel Charles Denver Phillips pulled 18 years in federal prison while his wife got four years for their roles in a meth distribution ring. Phillips and his wife Latrilla kept their stash in their apartment and at an Anchorage dog-kenneling business. Phillips was on supervised release at the time of his arrest for a previous drug trafficking charge. He also received five years of supervised release.
