21-yr-old retard jailed for criminally harassing RCMP, lying to court

Jeevan Singh Gill was ticketed for having too many passengers and not displaying the 'N' for new driver in the back window of his vehicle four years ago. He was also ticketed for having open booze. Then teenager Jeevan Singh Gill had no intention of taking that lying down. Two $20 fines and a six-month driving prohibition resulted in Gill filing two appeals to the B.C. Supreme Court and two more to the B.C. Court of Appeal. Three sworn statements he filed during those proceedings were found to be false, and two videos he produced as evidence were ruled fakes.
“I am of the view Mr. Gill is a person to whom the truth is a stranger” stated a judge. Gill started an intense harassment campaign against two Squamish RCMP members with repeated phone calls to them and their families. One officer got 33 phone calls from six different numbers between 3:23 a.m. and 4:49 a.m. Investigation revealed the internet address used to make the VOIP calls was a Shaw customer account for Lakmir Gill – Gill’s father.

He pleaded guilty to criminal harassment and to two counts of obstructing justice for filing the false affidavits. Gill has been sentenced to nine months in jail and three years of probation. It likely won't do any good for somebody this bent.
