Sandher Fruit Packers Ltd. gives residents their stink

Video of the Sandher's latest offense was posted February 6, 2024.

Residents of the rural community of Ellison are complaining yet again about the overpowering stench of sewage. Residents point to the fruit packing facility of Sandher Fruit Packers Ltd. The frequent flyer offender was fined two years ago for releasing wastewater from a septic system and disposal field. In 2022, the Ministry of the Environment levied a $32k fine against Sandher for deliberately violating waste discharge regulations and ignoring warnings. The $32k fine was paid Aug. 23, 2022 and that did nothing to slow their growing discharge of illegal industrial waste.
An inspector was told that 57,120 liters per day of waste water is produced by the plant operating five days per week. Four chemicals are used in processing, including phosphoric acid. Sodium hypchlorite is liquid bleach, Acidx Dual is a cleaner used to remove natural wax so that a coating of Shield-Brite® can be applied. Shield-Brite® AP-450 is a shelac-based coating.

“Sandher had been found discharging wastewater into a failing septic system and an unlined lagoon while operating without an authorization... during four previous inspections” Construction on the structure began without the company submitting engineered drawings and site plans. There was no building permit.
Sandher Fruit Packers Ltd. was ordered to stop building it's huge plant in 2019 because it failed to obtain any permits. It took two stop work orders. Sandher Fruit Packers was issued 3 fines — a maximum $150 each. Prab Sandher said the plant had to get built before cherry season.
'Bill' Sandher moved from Punjab as a teenager in 1982. In February 2018 the Sandhers received a $575 fine for an unauthorized discharge. Their last inspection was February 2, 2024 and the Ministry recommended more fines for the Sandher's continuous non-compliance.
Despite never having waste discharge authorization the Sandhers are expanding. Their cherry operations have expanded into wine growing areas. The cherry orchard expansion, 343 acres, is on land owned by G.P. Sandher Holdings Ltd. Perhaps jail should be tired with these shameless criminals. https://nrced.gov.bc.ca/records
Latest for the Sandhers is an application to offload their copious chemical waste directly into a stream. No, we aren't making this up. Leading chemical is Shield-Brite® which is an antifungal agent used instead of chlorine to stop surface rot.
"Do not discharge into sewers, lakes, streams, or other bodies of water."

"Food & Drug Administration Act 403(i)(2) requires that fresh produce coated with this product be labeled “Coated with food-grade vegetable and/or shellac based resin or wax”
Previously this waste was flushed into the sewage system. That inadequate system is breaking down completely again, something neighbors know too well. “During the fruit washing process, wastewater is discharged from the facility into (a) disposal field via a septic tank system.” The Sandhers know, and have known all along, they have never had authorization to discharge their growing volumes of industrial waste water.

Ryan Nixon - TNT Trucking Ltd

Ryan Nixon of TNT Trucking has operated illegally on the ALR land of the Kandolas at 982 Old Vernon Road in Kelowna since 2017.In November 2023 Ryan Nixon of TNT Trucking Ltd. was hit with an inspection order from the Ministry of Environment. "The purpose of the inspection was to follow-up with a complaint concerning the facilities soil screening andbblending operation, including; leachate crossing property boundaries and the addition of drywall during the operation." "TNT must apply for a waste discharge authorization with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy."

Never have permits been in place. Many times the ALC has denied a permit for non-farm use at 982 Old Vernon Road. The ALR land is zoned for agriculture use, not industrial.

Ryan Nixon - https://tntkelowna.com/
"I kind of started renting the land a few years ago and just all of a sudden. I kind of got hooked into this and then next thing you know they're trying to demonize me and make me the bad guy." said Taylor Nixon yesterday. A lawsuit was filed on July 8, 2022 by neighbors for noise, dust, and problems from the illegal operation. The lawsuit has been ignored and activities increased. 'They' would be the folks objecting to an illegal industrial operation that should have been shuttered for screaming cause 5 years ago.
Very ironically, the business is a major contractor to the City of Kelowna doing $50,116.57 in business in 2022 and $43,366.66 for the first 7 months of 2023. https://kelownapublishing.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=31678 982 Old Vernon Road has potential for non-soil-based agriculture. Intensive agriculture such as poultry, mushrooms, a pot grow op, or livestock operations would likely be approved by the ALC for the site. Ownership (Kandolas) are not interested in doing that. Farming industrial waste is hugely profitable.

Acapulco best avoided

The state of Guerrero is deploying 60 armed men to patrol the beaches “in light of the violent events that have occurred recently.” Three people were shot dead on beaches in Acapulco last week. Acapulco has seen turf battles between gangs since at least 2006. The gangs are fighting over drug sales and income from protection payments from businesses, bars, bus and taxi drivers.
The violence continues despite thousands of soldiers deployed in the city after Category 5 Hurricane Otis in late October. The storm killed 52 and left 32 missing. It also caused severe damage to virtually all of Acapulco's hotels. The pie has declined in size, leaving less for gangsters to fight over. Acapulco is a good place for foreigners to avoid.

Trump has immunity claim quashed

A U.S. federal appeals panel ruled that Donald Trump can face trial on charges that he plotted to overturn the results of the 2020 election, rejecting the former president's claims that he is immune from prosecution. The decision marks the second time judges have spurned Trump's immunity claims.
"We cannot accept former President Trump's claim that a president has unbounded authority to commit crimes that would neutralize the most fundamental check on executive power - the recognition and implementation of election results."
“We cannot accept that the office of the Presidency places its former occupants above the law for all time thereafter” As for the senile Trump we have “A Nation-destroying ruling like this cannot be allowed to stand. If not overturned, as it should be, this decision would terribly injure not only the Presidency, but the Life, Breath, and Success of our Country.” Riiiight.

Damiano Dipopolo and Sat Parhar bumboys - update IV

"I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman." - These immortal words are from July 2005, when Damiano Dipopolo cried to the Kelowna Daily Courier that publicity had delayed his purchase of the Champagne Charlie's building. Cops released a list of gangster properties in Kelowna and Dipopolo appeared 7 times. Here. "I lost the mortgage I was going to have with the bank because they singled me out," Dipopolo said. "The bank said they thought I was a bad risk. I am not a bad risk. I am a successful businessman."
Astute businessman Damiano Dipopolo's $300k bad mortgage went to Sun News Lal, who was acquitted in a 1994 gangland murder trial along with Bindy Johal.
CPS Deputy Chief Sat Parhar was cleared of wrongdoing by piggies in 2013. The complaint came against the head of the organized crime unit in Calgary accusing him of suppressing evidence. Here.
By pure chance probably we have Mr. Sat Parhar involved. He was Deputy Chief with the Calgary pigs who retired after 28 years in 2019. That's one highly rank oinker collecting government money whilst catering to Damiano DiPopolo's post-biker PR needs.

Parhar is also invovled in s01ve Cyber Solutions. Pffft.
Tard Taylor Argue is good at one thing, waving a red flag. After easy due dilligence we learn his Victoria office is a mailbox drop and his Whitehorse office is a condo. Taylor Argue is a conman, and a poor one.

https://www.westbridgecanada.com/

His office in Calgary in reality belongs to https://retraincanada.com/. They draw government funding.

Taylor Argue holds a fire PI license, and most recently has been peddling his blockchain genius. This rubbish came as a result of his claim of running a 'risk management' company in Calgary. I told Taylor Argue that only an idiot would stand beside the out in bad Damiano Dipopolo, let alone be a paid off lying whoredog PoS for him. That is some real risk if a fraction of many rumours are true.
Tyler Argue was hired by Paladin briefly in 2021. His stab at blockchain was 2022. His education is community college.
I sincerely hope this message finds you well. My name is Tyler Argue, and I am President & CEO of a risk management consulting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. I am contacting you regarding a matter concerning Mr. Damiano DiPopolo.

Mr. DiPopolo, formerly associated with a motorcycle club, has embarked on a significant life transition. He has made a conscious decision to disassociate from his past affiliations and is earnestly working towards integrating into society as a constructive and responsible family man. This transformation, as you can imagine, necessitates the severance of ties with certain aspects of his previous life, particularly those within the motorcycle club community.

In our role as a risk management consultant, part of our responsibility is to assist Mr. DiPopolo in mitigating any potential threats or challenges that may arise from his former associations. A key aspect of this process involves addressing public perceptions shaped by past media coverage, and monitoring active threats against him or his family.  It has come to our attention that several articles, some of which may have been published by yourself, or other journalists, are impacting his efforts to reintegrate.

Given the sensitivity and importance of this matter, I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of re-evaluating this content. I understand the complexities involved in requests of this nature and am open to engage in a professional dialogue about how we might address these articles in a manner that respects journalistic integrity while supporting Mr. DiPopolo's efforts to reform and contribute positively to society.

Would you be open to a conversation regarding this matter? Your cooperation and understanding iwould be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for considering. I look forward to the possibility of a constructive dialogue.

Sincerely,

Tyler

Ex-wife chases ex-Hells Angels rat Steven Gault for child support

Rat Steven Gault owes $487k in child support, his ex-wife says. Her problem is that he’s in witness protection and he's not coming out to save his life. Steven 'Hannibal' Gault was, until now, among the most notorious rats in the history of the HAMC in Canada. Gault testified in 2008 that he had received more than $1m for his undercover work with cops that landed 21 bikers behind bars. Steven Gault was still a teenager in North Bay when he started sharing information with the cops. Among those he helped put behind bars was his brother-in-law. Gault became an outlaw biker with the Satan’s Choice MC and later prospected into the HAMC by 2000. He attained his patches in 2002 and was always a rat.
Gault told his cop handlers he had been approached by Mark Stephenson, president of the Oshawa HA and Remond Akleh, a former Oshawa HA who transferred to the Nomads with a plot to kill Frank Lenti. Gault spent 14 days on the witness stand. Both men were acquitted and Steven Gault disappeared into witness protection.
Mark Stephenson was freed after spending 2 1/2 years in pretrial custody.
